Step back in time and explore the story of the M.K.T. Depot—Katy Station, a unique part of Columbia’s architectural heritage. Join us for an evening focused on raising awareness and appreciation for the important role this landmark has played in our community. Our guest speaker, Matt Fetterly, is a former CoMo Preservation board member and previously served as Historian & Collections Curator at the Boone County Historical Society. An eighth-generation Columbian, Matt has spent more than 20 years collecting books and ephemera about Columbia, Boone County, and Missouri. He gives talks and writes about local history.

The evening begins at 6:30 p.m., with a cash bar available. Come meet and connect with fellow citizens interested in learning more about Katy Station, its story, and efforts to preserve this important piece of Columbia’s architectural heritage.
