CoMo Preservation offers the option for private guided architectural heritage walking tours led by experienced CoMo Preservation volunteers. Perfect for anyone who loves local history and architecture. 

Tour Details

Group Size: Up to 25 participants

Tour Length: 60–90 minutes

Cost:

  • Private Tour (up to 10 people): $200 minimum donation

  • 11–25 people: Add $20 per additional person

  • Maximum group size: 25 people. Larger groups may be accommodated by scheduling an additional tour, subject to volunteer availability. 

CoMo Preservation is committed to making our programs accessible to the community. Complimentary tours may be available for K–12 schools, with discounted rates for colleges, universities, and nonprofit organizations, subject to volunteer availability.  Contact us for details.

Booking Requirements

  • Tours are subject to guide availability

Weather Policy

Tours are held rain or shine unless severe weather requires rescheduling.

Cancellation Policy
