“Inspiration Home” at 604 West Broadway tour, June 11th

We at CoMo Preservation are so grateful for Fred Parry and his crew’s work to preserve 604 W Broadway and the opportunity to get a behind the scenes tour on June 11, 2026. The incredible work of his crew is noteworthy! He explained that for lack of an inexpensive gutter in one corner of the roof, there had been years of water damage from leaks. When we visited it poured like a hurricane but we stayed dry and no water entered the house. 

We were so impressed by the gorgeous wood floors, grand staircase, and trim work that are being retained and all the efforts to make this historic building a welcoming home again. Thank you Fred for being such a great host!
